What are your working hours?
Our official working hours are from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday to Thursday.
Our factory timings are from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday to Thursday.

I am not home when my delivery arrives. I don’t want to keep the cash outside. Is there an alternative?
You can use our special coupons to pay for your water which is safer than leaving cash. You can ask for coupons to be delivered to your home or office and use them for your home delivery.

I know my weekly delivery day, but I forgot to leave my bottles and coupons outside. What should I do?
You can call or email our customer care service before 12:00 noon with your Customer ID Code and the number of bottles required so that we can have the extra delivery arranged on the same day. Calls and emails received after 12:00pm will be delivered the next business day.

My dispenser is leaking, what should I do?
Remove the bottle from the dispenser and drain the water out through the taps. Place the bottle back on the dispenser. If it is still leaking, please contact our customer care service so that we may assist you.

What is the bottle deposit I have to pay?
Bottle deposit is AED 20/-.
